Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled potatoes
  • 1 cuppeas boiled
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • as per taste salt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2 tspgreen coriander chopped
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1tsp garlic chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a boiled potatoes peel and crumble your hand.

  2. 2

    Take a wok add oil,cuminseeds,garlic saute add all dry masala and tomato puree add mix.

  3. 3

    Take a peas and crumble potatoes add mix and cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Then garnish kasuri methi and green coriander.
