Ingredients

  • 2 CupsMaida
  • 1/2 CupSooji
  • 1 TspSugar
  • 1 TspAjwain
  • to TasteSalt
  • Oil
  • For Stuffing
  • 1 CupPaneer (grated)
  • 1Small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 BunchCoriander Leaves (finely chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all puri ingredients and keep aside

  2. 2

    Mix all Stuffing ingredients and fill in puri

  3. 3

    Heat oil in frying pan,roll out puri and fry

  4. 4

    Eat hot puri with sauces or chutneys
