Grate pepper and onion, Wash and soak soya beans for 5hrs, blend/grind and sieve with a cheese clothe, cook on high heat until it boils, then put the lemon juice and you'll notice the awara coagulating as seen in the picture below.

Scoup into a cheese clothe and add grated onions, pepper, maggi and salt then stir and tie the cheese clothe, put a heavy stone on it to drain the water. When the water is drain completely, untie and cut into desired shapes.

You can eat like that or fry or refrigerate for future use.
