Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic paste. Stir well until onions turn brown.

Now add bell peppers and broccoli and mix well

Add salt,black pepper,and coriander and cook for 3 to 5 minutes

In a mixing bowl add fine flour and water to make a smooth paste

Now add mozzarella cheese in all the veggies and mix them well

Remove the stem of the mushrooms and fill the veggies sufficient filling in it

Dip the mushrooms in all purpose flour paste and roll it in bread crumbs

Deep fry until crispy and brown on medium flame

Serve hot with mayonnaise or dip
