Ingredients

25 minutes
6 servings
  1. 250 gramsmushrooms
  2. 1 tbspchopped broccoli
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 1/2 tbspchopped onions
  5. 2 tbspchopped bellpapers(red and green)
  6. Halftsp salt
  7. Halftsp black pepper
  8. 1 tbspcoriander
  9. 2 tbspall purpose flour
  10. 100 grammozzarella cheese
  11. Halfcup bread crumbs
  12. Water is required
  13. 1 tspGarlic

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic paste. Stir well until onions turn brown.

  2. 2

    Now add bell peppers and broccoli and mix well

  3. 3

    Add salt,black pepper,and coriander and cook for 3 to 5 minutes

  4. 4

    In a mixing bowl add fine flour and water to make a smooth paste

  5. 5

    Now add mozzarella cheese in all the veggies and mix them well

  6. 6

    Remove the stem of the mushrooms and fill the veggies sufficient filling in it

  7. 7

    Dip the mushrooms in all purpose flour paste and roll it in bread crumbs

  8. 8

    Deep fry until crispy and brown on medium flame

  9. 9

    Serve hot with mayonnaise or dip
