  • 2 cansTrapey’s Black Eyed Peas
  • 1 CanTrapey’s Jalapeño Black Eyed Peas
  • 1 canRoTel
  • 1 (16 oz)bag Frozen Okra
  • 1 lbHam - cubed
  • 1/2 StickButter
  • 1Yellow Onion
  • 3 clovesGarlic
  • 2 tspSmoked Paprkia
  • 1 tspThyme
  • 1/2 tspCayenne

Steps

  1. 1

    Mince Onion and Garlic

  2. 2

    Cook Garlic and Onion in butter until translucent

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for 1 hr on High

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to Low and cook for 2-3 additional hours
