Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3cup oil
  • 1/2Baking soda
  • 1Baking ooqdef
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1-1/2 cupJaggery
  • Water
  • Vanilla essence
  • Ghee for greasing
  • Dryfuirts powder
  • Chopped Cashews

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    In. A bowl add all dry powder and mix in another bowl add all wet ingredients and mix

  2. 2

    Then slowly mix both and take cake mould grease it with ghee and add cake batter and bake it in gas stove for 30-50 minutes
