Wash, peel and grate the carrots.

Now in one vessel, heat ghee, add the grated carrots and milk.

Let it cook till all milk evaporates. Mix well.

Add the sugar. Sugar will also melt. Let it be dry.

Now when the gajar is completely dry, there is no water. You can add the cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix well

Garnish with the remaining dry fruits. Serve hot or chilled.
