Parboil ur rice and set aside

Heat oil in a pot and add beaten eggs, scatter d egg when fried

Add the parboil Ed rice, dice carrot, red pepper, green beans and pepper

Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 2min

Serve with any sauce of your choice
