First,In a big size plate take mawa, paneer,semolina make smooth by kneading continuously till smooth add elaichi powder mix well keeprest for 15 min now again knead few min.Now take a small dough make hole then fill 4 pie chirawgi and 1pie roughly chopped caschew 1pie saffron thread cover it properly.

Big size pot add water,sugar boil them till thick like two tar.

Now, pan put on flame heat them add ghee pour ball into ghee in low flame roast till golden.

Now all ball cook into chasni first 5min full flame then low flame around 10 min.rasgulle is ready.

Serve it after 5 hour.
