Ingredients

  • 1broccoli
  • 1/2beetroot
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 1carrot
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add the vegetables cubed into small pieces and saute well

  3. 3

    Cover it till it is soft and moist

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

  5. 5

    Add salt and sugar mix and fry on high heat

  6. 6

    It is ready to serve
