Ingredients

  • 1/2 ltrfull cream milk
  • 1 cupvermicelli
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 7-8cashew raisins
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk well

  2. 2

    Add sugar and let it thick

  3. 3

    Fry the vermicelli in ghee and pour into the milk

  4. 4

    Add cashew-raisins and switch off as it is soft

  5. 5

    Serve it cool as a dessert
