Steps

Knead a soft dough with flour salt and oil

Now heat oil and add ginger paste saute well

Add all the masalas and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add boiled peas paste and saute well adding sugar

Switch off and cool it down

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape

Pour the filling in it and roll again,prepare all the kachoris like this

Heat oil and fry the kachoris

Serve it hot with dum aloo or chana dal.
