Add sugar, dry yeast in lukewarm water.. Leave for 10 minutes...

Add salt, milk powder to maida then add yeast milk mixture. Make a soft dough out of it. Then add the butter to the dough.

Leave this dough covered for 3-4 hours to let it rise.

Heat oil in Kadhai, add chopped onions, crushed garlic, green chillies, saute for 2-3 minutes then add boiled mashed potatoes... Saute well

Add salt, chill flakes, oregano, turmeric powder, mix well.

Cool this mixture, make small balls of this mixture.Now take small ball of the dough and stuff this mixture ball inside the dough.

Similarly make stuffed balls and place in a baking tray.Do milk wash on top of each ball..

Preheat the oven on 180 degree place the baking tray in it.Bake the buns for 20-25minutes....

After they are done.Brush them with slight butter on top.Ready to serve.
