Parboil and wash the rice. Keep aside

Break and blend the coconut. Add hot water to it. Seive out the shaft and put the juice extract in a pot to boil.

Add the rice, onions, groundnut oil, salt, cubes. Add the ginger, garlic

Add the smooked fish, crayfish. Allow to dry. Add the diced vegetables and allow the heat to simmer

Serve as desired.
