Peel, cut and wash the sweet potatoes. Add to boiling water. Add salt.

Place a clean pot on heat. Add red oil. Allow to get hot. Add chopped onions, pepper and tomatoes. Add the shredded dryfish, crayfish, cubes and a little salt. Add little ginger and garlic. Allow to cook properly

Drain out the water from the cooked sweet potatoes. Mix the sauce with it. Allow to simmer. Serve as desired.
