Mix Vegetable and Peanut Khichdi

Half boil rice separately

Fry Peanut and keep it aside.

Fry Onions, Add tomato and add all other mix-vegetable of your choice. Pan Fry them all.

Add salt, chilli, garam masala, garlic and ginger.

Add rice and some water to the mix.

Cook it on low heat for 10 minutes.

Dish is ready to be served!
