  1. 2 tspGaram Masala
  2. Spices
  3. Paste
  4. 1/2-1/4 tspground chili powder (depending on hotness)
  5. to tasteSalt and pepper
  6. 1/2 tspCorriander Seeds
  7. 1/2 tspFenugreek Seeds
  8. 2Star Anise
  9. 1 tspGround Tumeric
  10. 1 tspGround Cumin
  11. 1 tspGround Corriander
  12. 1Medium Tomato
  13. 2Bay Leaves
  14. 4Cloves
  15. 4Cardamom Pods
  16. 1 tbsGinger
  17. 3Garlic Cloves
  18. 1Medium Onion
  19. 1-1/2 CupsVegetable Stock
  20. 2 tbsCoconut Cream
  21. 1 CanCannelini Beans (drained)
  22. 3 cupsapprox green beans cut in half

Steps

  1. 1

    Place onion, garlic and ginger in a processor and make a paste. Add oil to a pot, saute paste, add spices and mix through.

    Add the tomato, green beans and Cannelini beans and stir. Add approx 1 to 1 1/2 cups Vegetable stock (the volume you wish). Simmer for approx 20mins

    With approx 5 mins to go, add coconut cream. Stir through then serve once finished.
