Cut and boil yam add salt and palmoil to it as is boiling.

For the sauce blend the pepper and tomatoes.bleach the palmoil fry the paste in it but slice in onion first,leave to fry for ten minutes add salt,maggi cubes stir and simmer small and is ready.
