Ingredients

  • 2 cupmaida
  • 1 cupsuji
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida,suji,salt,carom and oil,rub it and add water to knead a smooth dough,keep aside for 20 minutes for rest

  2. 2

    Now take a roll from dough,roll it thin,cut in desired shape,fry in hot oil till crisp,enjoy with tea.
