1 poundsausage
4 cupsmilk
1/2 cupflour
2 tablespoonsbutter
to tastesalt and pepper

Brown sausage over medium heat in deep non stick skillet

Add 2 tablespoons butter and still into sausage until melted

Once butter is melted mix in 1/2 cup of flour and stir for 1-2 mins

Add in 4 cups of milk and stir until thickens.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Serve with biscuits of your choosing
