Quick flapjacks

I have been thinking about my Dad this weekend so making this recipe was therapeutic for me. He always liked flapjacks, I discovered maple syrup with him when on a family trip to USA and he always grew raspberries in our garden. And I had a jar of molasses in my cupboard from our last Christmas here together. So here is a flapjack made up of memories and love for my Daddy.
