In a bowl take atta and hot ghee 1 tbsp and 1tbsp milk mix them in anthor pan taki gheeadd gond and fry it transfer to plate now same ghee add mixer atta and stir it continuously till it's colour change like brown now add all spyces masala fryed broken gond anthor pan add sugar and water stur it till ceremalazed to 3 strang now half portion of dry fruits addinto atta add sugar ceremalazed mix verywell transfer to grease plate press them evenly garnish with left dryfruits
