Take a jar add half maida oil sprinkle some water make a dough by kneading continuously till smooth keep aside atleast half an hour. Peel beetroot blanch few min make a paste

Take a maida add half maida add beetroot puri add oil make a dough.

Now, kadhai put on flame add oil when ghee heat up add mawa saute few min add sugar powder cardemom powder sugar powder dryfruits saute few min. Place them on plate.

Now,make a small dough roll out fill 1/2 tsp mawa make a gugiya shape.

Now, khadhai put on flame add oil deepfry all gugiya till golden brown.
