Make the dough of mix of Maida and flour. Chopped the vegetables.

Take a pan and add the chopped Vegetables in it. Then add soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli, chilli sauce, Ajinomoto and salt. Mix it well. Cook it for 6-7 minutes.

Make chapati of the dough. Cook the chapati. Take a bowl and add eggs and salt. Then, spread the eggs on the chapati and cook it by using ghee.

After cooking chapati, spread the mixture of vegetables on it.then, roll the chapati.

Now, your egg roll are ready to eat. Serve it with coriander leaves.
