Firstly Soak all Dals for half an hour,and boil to 3/4 whistle,with salt and haldi,mash a little and Keep a aside.

For tadka,in a small Kadhai put oil and put jeera, when crackles put all Masala (jeera powder kalimirch powder and Chaat masala) then put over Dals

For Pakwan,in big bowl,put Maida and oil,salt,a pinch of soda for making dough and keep for 10 mins and fry till light Golden colour

Lastly serve with green chutney and serve hot and yummy it taste
