Basmati rice with tamisa bread and meat souce

Cook your rice in the boiled water after you add the food colour and set aside

For the tamisa bread add yeast and baking to flour in a bowl and add the sugar and salt to the flour mixture, and make a dough with warm water and a pinch of oil,keep the dough in a warm place and let rise

When the flour rises mould it plat and make a triangular shape of the flour and fry

For the souce dice your onion,bell peppers,tomatoes.

In a saucepan, put a little amount of oil and sauté the vegetables, add the spice in whole and add a little water and seasonings and put to boil when the water is almost dried turn off the heat and serve with the rice and tamisa.
