  1. 2medium size apple mango
  2. 4tables spoon of sugar
  3. 3 glasseswater
  4. 10ice cubes
  5. 4 table spoonmilk powder (lato) or any of your choice

    Pile the mango and have it in the blender, add all ingredients and blend it.
