Chop the onion, tomato, Green chilli and coriander,peas.. Boil the pataoes and peel them

Heat a pan add oil now put oil add ginger garlic add chopped onion when onions became red brown add peas, and spices and tomatoes and at last add peeled brinjals and salt and cook 2/3min
