Ingredients

  1. 1 kggooseberry
  2. 2 tbspcoriander seeds
  3. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 2 tbspfennel seeds
  5. 1carom seeds
  6. 100 gmsaamchur powder
  7. 200 gmsjaggery
  8. 100 gmspowdered sugar
  9. To tasteblack salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and pressure cook the goosberry

  2. 2

    Now dry roast the seeds and grind coarsely

  3. 3

    Mash the goosberry and melt the jaggery and mix into it

  4. 4

    Mix salt and roasted seeds powder

  5. 5

    Mix all ingredients well and prepare small balls

  6. 6

    Keep it under Sun and let it dry
