Steps

Clean and peel the carrots. Grate them and keep it aside

Heat a pan and add some ghee into it. Once it's hot add the carrots and saute it for a while

Add the milk and keep stirring. Ensure the carrots dont stick to the bottom of the pan

Once it starts becoming a little dry add the sugar and keep stirring
- 5
When the carrot is cooked and the right consistency is reached add the khowa from top and remove
- 6
You can add dry fruit like cashews and raisins and serve it as a sweet dish
