Ingredients

  1. 2large chicken
  2. Ducros Curry
  3. Thyme
  4. Garlic
  5. 3medium Onions
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Maggi
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken to pieces and wash very well

  2. 2

    Add water, jst abt a cup,..add sliced onions,little salt,sum crushed garlic,curry powder and thyme,then seasoning to taste

  3. 3

    Let them boil for 15 to 20 mins

  4. 4

    Strain chicken in a collander,put oil in frying pan

  5. 5

    Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and its ready to serve
