Ingredients

  • 1 cupmawa
  • 1/2 cupdry roasted semolina
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspgreen cardamom Powder
  • 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan add mawa

  2. 2

    As it melts add semolina keep stiring to avoid sticking at the bottom

  3. 3

    Add sugar and mix well till it release pan

  4. 4

    Add cardamom Powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Now switch off and cool it down

  6. 6

    Make ladoo and serve
