Ingredients

  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • oil
  • Margarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and let them rest in salty water

  2. 2

    Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large sauce pan and dip in the potatoes for 5 minutes. Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for 1 more minute

    Season

  4. 4

    Drain the oil and put in the margarine...toss

  5. 5

    Serve hot
