Ingredients

  1. 100 gbrown rice
  2. 2 spoonsolive oil
  3. 100 gmushrooms
  4. 2-3small carrots
  5. 1zucchini
  6. Salt&pepper
  7. Powder garlic
  8. Curcumin powder
  9. 1onion
  10. 2-3 spoonstomato sauce
  11. 2big tomatoes
  12. 2peppers

Cooking Instructions

    Saute the onions

  2. 2

    Cut into small cubes the vegetables.

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables into the pan with the onion and cook for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Boil the brown rice for approximately 25 mins and then add all the cooked vegetables into the pot with the rice and mix.
