Ingredients

  1. 1coconut grated
  2. 250 gramsflattened rice
  3. 250 gramsJaggery
  4. For fryingOil or ghee
  5. 4cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil or ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Fry flattened rice keep it in tissue paper so that the paper absorbs the extra oil.

  3. 3

    Now mix jaggery and coconut in a pan. Cook in low flame. When the mixture turns sticky add flattened rice. Make ladoos.
