1 canred kidney beans
1 canpinto beans
1 candiced tomatos
1 cupcrushed tomato sauce
1green pepper
1/2onion
1 tspgarlic
400 gramsground beef
2 tspwhite vinegar
3 tbspchili powder
1 tspcorn starch
1 tbspblack pepper
1 tspsalt
1/4 cupred wine
dashoregano, basil, crushed chilies

Saute diced onion and green pepper

Add beef, cook partially
3

Add garlic and 1/2 total chili powder
4

Add beans, tomato, remaining seasonings
5

Stir, add wine, and additional seasoning to taste
6

Reduce heat, add mix of corn starch and 1/2 cup water, cover, continie cooking on low for 10 minutes
