  1. 1/2Litter thin coconut milk
  2. 25 gramdried shrimps, washed and drained
  3. 150 gramscassava leaves
  4. 2 stalklemon grass bruised
  5. 1 cmgalangal
  6. 2-3kaffir lime leaves
  7. Spices (ground)
  8. 3candlenuts
  9. 1 cmturmeric
  10. 1 cmgingger
  11. 3shallots
  12. 4 clovesgarlic
  13. 1 tablespoonsalt
  14. 1 tablespooncoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and sauté ground spices, kaffir-lime leaves, lemon grass, and galangal until fragrant.
    Stir in the dried shrimps, coconut milk. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat, add birds chillies and cook until tender.
