To make marinade, ina bowl add oil, seasonings, spices. For my spices i.use: curry, grill mix, arabian kabsa, jerrys tango, garam masala, paprika

Wash ur diced beef, add the marinate to it and mix all. Refrigerate for an hour

Soak ur skewers for 10 mins in water.

Wash ur veggies and slice them in cubes

Begin to arrange ur beef and vegies on the skewers. Grill on pan or oven
