Ingredients

  • 2 lbs80/20 Ground beef
  • 1 (28 oz)can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz)can tomato sauce
  • I head of cabbage, cut into 2” pieces
  • 1yellow onion
  • 2 Tbspminced garlic
  • 1 Tbsponion powder
  • 1 Tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 Tbspdried oregano
  • 1 Tbspdried basil
  • 3 cupswater
  • as neededsalt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with diced onion and garlic in olive oil until no longer pink. Drain most of grease, but leave a little

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered for 30-60 minutes
