First, take big bottom pan add milk reduced half consistency keep aside,Take a pan put on flame add ghee add beetroot and carrot roast well till soft add half roasted nuts and sugar saute again add reduced milk cook till thick consistency add Cardamom powder mix well.Serve it little warm.
