Steps

Start by making a samosa dough adding flour,water and a pinch of salt.Make the dough soft.

Boil potatoes and make a filling for the first type of mini samosa.Peel potatoes and add together boiled.Peas salt and pepper to taste, chillies and other flavouring and seasoning agents

Once the dough is made,cut the dough into large square shape making a coke,add the required filling

Once the filling is done,seal the mini samosa using oil

Bake in the preheat oven at 180 degree celsius
- 6
Serve hot with souce
