Take a wok add refined oil. Then Heeng and Jeera. Crackle them. Then add coriander powder, Red chilli powder. Mix them well. Now add boiled potatoes, salt, amchur powder, garam masala, Mix them nicely and cook it for 5-7 mins. then add coriander leaves and green chilli.

Take a bowl mix water and milk. Then bread slice to be dip in milk and water solution. squeeze it and put potatoes stuffing. Roll them into desired shape (Either ball or cylindrical). Deep fry them till golden brown. Serve it hot with green chutney and ketchup.....
