Steps

Wash en cut the matumbo into small pieces.

Add garlic and ginger then vinegar put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Put the matumbo in a pan then let it to boil for 30 minutes.

Add salt then taste if they are cooked. I was choose goat matumbo coz are tender en easy to cook.

Add white pepper when the meat became tender turn off the heat.

Add your carrot en Dania cover with a lid en wait for 1 minute then serve mine I alway pour red pepper on top when eating.

Enjoy with spinach en ugali
