Cut and peel your yam, wash it, put it in a clean pot add a pinch of salt and sugar, cook for 15mins

For the egg sauce :wash and slice your veggies, in a pan add in little amount of oil,allow to heat then pour in your sliced veggies, stir fry for few minutes

Break nd whisk your egg with a pinch of dry garlic and ginger then pour in your egg mixture, stir fry for few minutes under low heat.

Tadaaa! your egg sauce is ready.
