Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/2 cupChia Seeds
  2. 2 tablespoonsBasil Seeds
  3. 1/4 cupGreek Yogurt
  4. 2 cupsCoconut Milk
  5. 1/2 cupAlmond Milk
  6. 1 tablespoonHoney
  7. 2 tablespoonsSugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoonVanilla Extract
  9. 1 teaspoonCinnamon
  10. 1 pinchSalt
  11. 4 tablespoonsCoco Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chia seeds and basil seeds to a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add yogurt, coconut milk and almond milk in to the bowl. Wisk the seeds and liquid together.

  3. 3

    Add the sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and coco powder. Wisk together with other ingredients.

  4. 4

    Taste mixture and check for sweetness. Add sugar to your own liking.

  5. 5

    Transfer contents to a smaller bowl. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.

  6. 6

    Eat with yogurt and fresh fruits.
