14.5 ozChicken Broth
1 cupOnion/Pepper medley
1 tbspCajun Seasoning
8 oz.Andouille Sausage (Sliced)
15 ozCan Red Kidney beans (Drained)
Louisiana Style Hot Sauce

20 minutes

Heat oil in pan, add peppers/onions/cajun/sausage. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add rice/beans/broth, bring to a boil

Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in salt/pepper to taste

Serve with Louisiana style hot sauce
