Ingredients

  • 1brinjal
  • 2sweet Potatoes
  • 2bitter gourd
  • 1/2raw papaya
  • 1raw banana
  • 1 handfullentil dumplings
  • 1 tbspmustard paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1red chilli whole
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and red chilli.

  2. 2

    Add chopped vegetables and saute well.

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover.

  4. 4

    In another pan add oil and fry lentil dumplings

  5. 5

    Add mustard paste and mix well.

  6. 6

    Add dumplings and sugar, switch off.

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
