Steps

Clean the methi saag and wash it in water

Heat some oil in the pan and add onions and garlic slices. Saute it for a while and then add the green chillies, coconut and turmeric into it

Saute and mix it well. Add the methi saag into this and add salt as needed. Mix it and cook it with lid covered for few minutes

Once it's well cooked remove and serve hot with rice
