Hello!! foodies!! Aaj mai aap sabhi ke liye ek mithi si recipe laya hoon.Aaj mai btaunga panjiri banane ki vidhi hindi mein. Panjiri punjab ki bhaut hi khaas recipe hai.Yah aate se bani bhaut hi lajeej recipe hai. Jab isme hum dry fruits ka tadka lagate hain to iske swad se to din dugni raat chauguni ho jata hai. Jab bhi hamare ghar puja , shadi ho to hum panjiri ka bhog v laga sakte hain. To aayie suru karte hain panjiri banane ki vidhi hindi mein.

Panjiri banane ki vidhi hindi me janne ke liye sabse pehle ek kadhai me 500 gram desi ghee garm karein.
Ghee garm hote hi isme sare mewe ko bhune (kaju, badaam, akhrot, pista). Sabhi dry fruits ko bhun kar ek tissue paper wale plate me nikal lein.
Bache hue ghee me magaj (kharbuze ka beej) ko bhi lal hone tak bhun lein aur usi plate me nikal lein. Bachi hui desi ghee me kaddukas kari hui sukhi nariyal daal dein aur ise v acche se bhun lein. - 2
Ab jo ghee bach jaye usme 500 gram aata daal dein aur 10 minute tak bhune.
Aate ko acche se bhun lene ke baad kadhai me khane wala gond daal dein aur acche se pakayen jab tak ki sara gond pighal na jae.
Uske baad kadhai me pisi hui cheeni daal dein. Aap chahein to jyada cheeni v daal sakte hain agar aapko meetha jyada pasand hai to. Aur agar aapko daibetes hai to aap sugarfree ka istemaal bhi kar sakte hain. - 3
Pisi hui cheeni daalne ke baad bhune hui magaj, kaju, badaam, pista, akhrot aur bhune hue kaddukas nariyal ko daalkar acche se milayen.
Sabhi ko thodi der tak pakayen kareeb 5 minute medium flame me aur fir gas band kar dein.
Kadhai me 2 chutki elaichi powder daal dein aur acche se milayein.

Humne isme jeera powder, ajwain powder aur kamarkas ka istemaal nhi kiya hai aap chahein to inn tino ka istemaal v kar sakte hain. Bas inn tino ko bhi desi ghee mein alag alag bhun lein aur panjiri me daal dein.
Kaddukas ki hui sukhi nariyal aapko bazaar me aasaani se mil jaegi.
