  • Tomatoes
  • Vegetable oil
  • Onions
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Seasonings

Steps

    Saute the onions in the oil

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and pepper blend

  3. 3

    Add salt and seasonings

  4. 4

    Fry until the tomatoes is dry

  5. 5

    Add chicken stock

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Served my kids with rice, boiled egg and shreded grilled chicken
